Taza Chocolate

Taza Chocolate is a stone-ground chocolate producer in Sommerville, MA that is serious about operating a socially- and environmentally-sustainable business. All of the chocolate they produce is organically grown by producers who use sustainable agricultural practices and treat their workers fairly and humanely. They also reuse or recycle their waste and strive to operate their factory as energy-efficiently as possible.

Taza doesn't use their bicycle trailers to deliver products--they use the bike delivery company Metro Pedal Power to do that for them. Taza primarily uses their two trailers to transport their products and equipment to sell at local farmer's markets. Their newest trailer, a 96AW, is shown in the foreground below. Their other trailer, a model we no longer manufacture, is shown in the background on the right, on its side.
