Bike Trailers

• How soon can I get a trailer?

  We make each trailer to order, and often have a backlog. You can see the current estimated shipping date by adding the trailer(s) you would like to the shopping cart in our online store and choosing your country and postal code. The expected shipping date for both standard and "rush" service is shown in the "Choose your ship date" box below the cost of shipping.

• What bike do you recommend for use with your trailer?

  Almost any standard mountain bike should work fine. Hybrid or road bikes work OK, but are not recommended if you plan to use the trailer to its rated capacity. These bikes are geared too high and the wheels are not as strong.

• Will I have to put the trailer together when it arrives?

  Yes, but they are easy to assemble. We include complete instructions and a pair of wrenches. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to put one together.

• Will your trailer fit my recumbent / electric / unusual bike?

  Possibly. Send us a link to a photograph of your bike, perferably a picture of the left side. If our standard hitch won't fit, we can usually make a custom hitch that will.

• Can I use your trailer with a scooter or motorcycle?

  No. We do not make trailers for use with a scooter or motorcycle.

Shipping

• How much does shipping cost?

  Depends on how much your order and where you are located. To find out, add the item(s) you would like to the shopping cart, select your country, and enter your zip or postal code.

• Do you ship outside the United States?

  Yes. See the previous question to determine the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes when you receive your order. Contact your customs office to determine what these might be.

Prices, Discounts, and Payment Methods

• Would you be willing to donate a trailer or give a discount to my charity or non-profit group?

  We receive a LOT of requests for donations or discounts. We would love to be able to honor every such request we receive, but being a small company, we simply can't afford to do so.

  We could give discounts or free merchandise to a handful of groups or individuals, but then we would have to charge everyone else a higher price to cover the expense of doing so.

  Rather than trying to pick who deserves a discount--which doesn't seem fair, since every request we receive seems worthwhile to us!--we've decided the most equitable solution is to charge everyone the same price.

• Could I get a discount if I help promote your products?

  No, sorry.

• Can I sell your products? Do you give a discount to dealers?

  You are welcome to resell our products, but we do not currently have a wholesale/retail price structure. You would have to pay the same prices as everyone else.

• Do you offer quantity discounts?

  No.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept credit and debit cards, checks, money orders, and PayPal. We also accept purchase orders from governmental organizations and large businesses.
